When Therapy Brings Trusted Skills
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe in using a collaborative approach, working together to shift problematic coping skills and negative self-narratives. I use principles from various theories such as Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution Focused, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).
